Shipping Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Within Malaysia
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Delivery Information
Please ensure that your recipient name, contact number and delivery address are accurate before placing your order. CLIM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking or different from what you ordered. Please provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the affected product and the parcel.
Returns
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to change of mind, personal preference or skin incompatibility.
Unopened and unused products may be considered for return if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the order and the product remains sealed, unused and in its original condition. All returns require prior approval from CLIM.
Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days after approval for processing.
